SHIPPING INFORMATION
Name stickers are usually manufactured and shipped within 2-3 business days by Priority Air Mail service. This shipping method does not have a tracking number. Expected shipping time is as follows:

The actual date of delivery depends on your location and on your local postal provider. Please note that orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to regular customs duties levied by the destination country.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
You can cancel your order for customised decals and receive a full refund up until the point that we start printing them. To find out if you are able to cancel on the basis of these terms, please email us at hello@bicistickers.com.
If, upon receipt, your decals do not match your original order as per the details you entered on our website, or if they are defective, we will send you a replacement pack. Alternatively, we may offer you a full refund at our own discretion.
Since your order is customised (i.e. made just for you), we will not ask for nor accept returns.
